Council has allocated $2 million to enhance the West End Riverside Parklands on Riverside Drive, between Forbes Street and Victoria Street, West End.
Proposed park improvements:
• dedicated pathways for cyclists and pedestrians
• new greenspace will be created by closing Hill End Terrace at Forbes Street
• central landscape buffer to green the existing roadway
• seating and general landscaping
• tree planting to increase shade.
